Transformers movie enterprise sues Amazon for use of "Prime".

Los Angeles, California- Last night, the famous Transformers universe hired a plaintiff attorney in an attempt to sue Amazon, for their "illegal use" of "Prime". The prosecutors are indicating their popular character, Optimus Prime. The Transformers enterprise began in 1984, years before Amazon launched. 

Amazon is fighting back however, questioning whether if the prosecutors' use of "Prime" was patented.
Jeff Bezos claimed yesterday, that: "Transformers is acting stupid, and though I love the new film Bumblebee, it's not worth the money or the time you're threatening to take from me. 

The question is: Will they succeed before the Jury?
